This is the leaf that grew out of the spot where the one leaf fell off months back. It is interesting that only one leaf grew in this spot. Maybe it is in the genetic code, because it grew where one leaf fell off, maybe it can only grow one leaf there. I don't know =) But I have noticed that the plant grows leafs in pairs everywhere else except here. At the base of this leaf, you can see that it might grow a stem of its own coming out of this leaf. Look at the gorgeous color contrast between the leaves and the pot. So beautiful =)
Did you know that change is not only hard for humans, but it is also hard for plants? Change for the Porcelain Flower plant is deathly. This blog is the story of my Porcelain Flower plant. Its story of perseverance, strength, and rebirth after moving 2,300 miles from its home. The plant which started as a parting gift, has become an inspiration for my everyday life. Join me in celebrating its beautiful comeback story.
